1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.

2. Contract Partner & Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the items contained in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded once we confirm your order by e-mail.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices shown include the applicable statutory VAT unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs may apply in addition to the displayed prices. The exact shipping costs will be shown during the checkout process.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination country. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not legally binding.

If a product is unavailable or delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days.

6. Returns

Returns are subject to the terms set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless an item is damaged or delivered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. Products & Product Representation

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in colour may occur due to individual screen and device settings.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Liability

We shall be fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and for foreseeable damages resulting therefrom.

Mandatory statutory liability, including liability under the German Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.

11. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
